Venice
Venice is incredible. It has honeymoon written all over it with the canals, gondolas, bridges, and best of all, gelato! We had gelato for brunch, after lunch, and for desert. When I was in Ireland I felt much closer to home and Venice just felt like a different world. The streets were so narrow, and packed with tourists, that after awhile I stopped trying to figure out which street I was on exactly. It was nice to just wander around and look at all the souvenir shops.
I'm glad we chose a hostel that was on an island. Generator Hostel was located on Guidecca, and was SO nice and clean, with a decent breakfast. We took the ferries everywhere, to Saint Marks Square, and to the island of Murano where they make the hand made glass.
Looking down on Saint Marks Square from the tower. When the water rises several chairs and tables are set up out here so people don't have to walk through water up to their knees.
The water in Venice is a busy place.
Giudecca!
Hello Italy!
After our night in Dublin Anya, Jenna and I parted our ways and all headed in different directions. I actually enjoyed my 6:15a.m. I had a warm welcome from Italy!

Sunny weather in Dublin
My time in Dublin was way too short but that means I'll just have to go back and visit! It was quite a relief to get away from the German language and hear people speaking english everywhere. We toured the Guinness Storehouse right when we arrived.
We only had time for the Guinness Storehouse after coming from Galway. I loved every second of being there. I eventing a horse named Guinness for several years, who was black and white and from Ireland.
To my surprise it was sunny the entire time we were in Ireland. We got very lucky with the weather!

And afterwords we grabbed dinner then walked around Temple Bar.
